I fucking NEED a song with Chase Noseworthy and someone like miracleofsound that follows the phrygian mode- on of those thorough, narrow tone beats that just drums up a fight in you like this or "ode to fury" by miracle of sound. Definitely can see a sick song about a veteran warrior being recalled out from having been retired to farming as the only thing he can do to protect his family and calling upon the ideals that once guided him to lend him strength once again. NGL I can see a lot of other awesome artists fitting into it too if the story expanded like annapantsu, Jonathan young, Colm R Mcguinness [the list goes on]; just MiracleofSound was the first that came to mind!

The song is hauntingly beautiful, but that piano flying and soaring underneath is so gorgeous and powerful. It gives me goose bumps every time I hear it. I don’t follow Critical Role, but I have watched “The Legend of Vox Machina.” I wonder what Vax’s voice actor thought of this, his song? I hope he was honored.

I'm an Elder Scrolls nerd, and Orcs there have a tradition of mothers passing the knowledge of smithing to their daughters. I imagine this as a song sang by Forgemothers as they teach their children how to hammer their first blade on the anvil.
